The good news is that assistance is available. My expertise lies in providing support to couples, families, and individuals who are either undergoing significant changes or seeking such changes. I specialize in working with couples experiencing high levels of conflict, those facing the complexities of committing to or ending a long-term relationship, new parents, families grappling with conflicts, individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, fears, and low self-esteem, as well as those coping with grief and bereavement.
